One of my favourite restaurants has to be Tattu. Located in Gartside Street, Spinningfields , the restaurant’s menu embraces traditional Asian flavours and contemporary Chinese cuisine using flavour combinations and stunning presentation served in exquisite surroundings. Which create an exciting dining experience . We have been a few times and have been very lucky to sit under the stunning cherry blossom trees which stand in the middle of the restaurant. I always have the caramel soy beef with shiitake and asparagus with rice, the beef is always so so tender, and the caramel sauce you get to dip the beef in is incredible, the flavours are amazing. My husband had the Sweet and Sour Iberico. Pineapple, banana shallots and dragon fruit with chilli rice. Yum yum. For my dessert I had my favourite the smoking Cherry Blossom dessert. chocolate mousse, cherry and candy floss. My husband opted for the Asian pear crumble dessert, green apple almond and pink custard. Tattu also do amazing cocktails. My favourite and a must if you go there is Skull Candy. It’s a smoking cocktail which comes in a lovely skull shaped glass with vodka, bubblegum and strawberry. I could drink these all night lol. If your looking for somewhere to eat with the wow factor with amazing tasty food with outstanding presentation then you will not be disappointed with Tattu 10/10 from me.
